User Agreement

Effective date: January 29, 2026

1. Scope of Application

These Terms define the conditions under which hotelinning provides services and organises events in Greece. By using our services or taking part in any organised event, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Booking and Reservation Procedure

Event reservations are confirmed according to the process outlined below:

  • Requests are submitted via email or telephone communication
  • A booking becomes confirmed once a deposit equal to 30% of the selected package price is received
  • To secure availability, reservations should be placed at least 14 days before the scheduled event
  • The remaining balance must be settled no later than 3 days prior to the event date

3. Cancellations and Amendments

The following rules apply to cancellations and schedule adjustments:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event qualify for a full refund of the deposit
  • Cancellations submitted between 7 and 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% deposit refund
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable
  • Event date changes may be arranged with hotelinning, subject to availability and mutual confirmation

4. Participation Rules

All guests and participants must comply with the following conditions during events:

  • All games and activities are offered solely for entertainment purposes
  • No real money is used; chips, tokens, and credits have no cash value
  • In the case of disputes, decisions made by dealers or event staff are considered final
  • Respectful and appropriate behaviour toward staff and other guests is required at all times

hotelinning reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any individual who does not adhere to these rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hotelinning shall not be liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property not directly supervised by event staff
  • Consequences resulting from unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour by participants
  • Delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including force majeure events

6. Personal Data Processing

Any personal information collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws, including the GDPR. Detailed explanations regarding data usage and individual rights are available in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All website materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, are the property of hotelinning or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property regulations. Any unauthorised use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Amendments and Applicable Law

hotelinning reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

Any matters not explicitly addressed in this Agreement are governed by the laws of Greece.
